9/25/2012-  Time does fly when you are having fun!! I have been enjoying a month of riding everyday with Mr. Pat Parelli.  We have been learning about Playing the Game of Contact with Cows.  Teaching your horse to make and keep contact with a herd of cattle then a single cow.  Newton has been turning some heads including Pats with his cow work which has been getting better and better.   We have been doing some break away roping and cattle gathering, trail riding and enjoying some free time with my Parelli family.  I loved playing guitar at the campfire with Tim Sullivan, Dave Ellis and Pat.  I was also honored to be a part of my friends Rhett and Theresa Fincher’s wedding during the Savvy Summit.

This month has been great for me to continue my education so that I can continue to bring the newest info to you!  It also has helped give me new perspectives on developing horses, as everyday with Pat brings new info and new understandings about different horseanlities and ways of playing games with horses.
